Precautions regarding addresses and e-mail addresses
*Order confirmation may not be possible for communications company emails (docomo.do.jp, ezweb.ne.jp, softbank, etc.).
Please use a PC email address. (gmail, yahoo, apple, icloud, etc.)
*Please write the recipient's name and address in English. Because it is sent by EMS. If you do not fill it out in English, it will not be accepted.
Notes on payment
*Payment for regular sales can only be made through Paypal. Please note that remittance by bank account is not possible.
*We will send you an email once your Paypal payment has been confirmed. If you do not hear from us for more than a week, please contact us. (muscutoy@gmail.com)
*Orders will be canceled if more than 7 days have passed since the date of payment.
Mail order flow
1. Please enter the number and quantity of the product you want to purchase from the Google form.

2. We will check stock and price and send you an order form by email.
*Please enter your email address correctly in the Google form field.
3. Please remit the product price and shipping fee as instructed to the Paypal account described in the order form sent to you.
*Only payment by Paypal is possible. Please note that remittance by bank account is not possible.
4. We will send you an email with instructions after shipping within 1-2 weeks.
*All orders are shipped by EMS.
*Countries that do not ship by EMS will be shipped by UPS.
